TSUNAMI  AFTERMATH

Tide returns unconcerned
xxxxand gently laps the shore,

Sea foam gurgles on the sand
xxxxas always and before,

Unaware its mass and power
xxxxhad crippled life and limbs,

Neutralizing all defenses,
xxxxenbobling hope, then dims.

As bodies torn, lie bloating
xxxxin the rubble of despair,

Mother screaming for her baby
xxxxsearches everywhere,

Insane confusion, eyes are wild,
xxxxtsunami claims another child
